I love it - the platform gives you access to landlords directly!

Kamernet is a solid source of homes in the Netherlands. It is the biggest platform in the country where you can find homes directly from Landlords. If you didn't know - to post a home on Funda / Pararius, you must be a real estate agent (makelaar), and you must pass their approval. Kamernet allows private landlords to post listings directly, for free, which is cool. The issue with Kamernet is that it is paid. And you need to react A LOT to get landlords' attention. Very often I don't even get a reply from landlords. I understand this is because they have a huge number of applicants, but it still sucks. Price of homes on Kamernet also seems to be lower than on Funda or Pararius, which I liked. I wouldn't blindly subscribe, but if you see homes that you like on Kamernet - i think a subscription for a month or two is worth it.
