Every candidate goes through WWFT verification: identity check, proof of income, and solvency check. You only receive candidates who passed.

We do everything to minimize risk: every candidate is verified, you get a full profile with photo and motivation, you can talk to them directly — and you decide who to accept.
That said, we can’t be responsible for a tenant’s behavior after signing. For legal issues or rent collection, we refer you to specialized partners.
