1. Intro call
After payment, you immediately see the option to schedule a call with our expert. You pick the time that works for you. In many cases, the call can happen the same day.
During that call, we look at your situation, timeline, budget, constraints, and priorities. From there, we build a clear search strategy.
2. Building the case
This is one of the most important parts. We ask you to upload documents into Uprent, assess your profile, ask follow-up questions, and help improve your presentation wherever we can.
A strong case is half the battle. Reacting quickly is not enough. An agent or landlord needs to immediately feel that you are a serious, reliable, and well-prepared candidate.
3. You set the filters, we sharpen the strategy
You tell us what you are looking for, and we help you check whether those criteria are realistic, where it makes sense to narrow things down, and where you may need to widen the search.
Even with a difficult profile, we still start the search, but we will be honest about what could be stronger.
4. We launch the search
First, we apply to all relevant homes that are already on the market. After that, we keep applying within seconds to new homes as they appear.

You can get as involved as you want. You can comment on homes and follow the process closely, but you do not need to spend every day on rental sites pushing everything forward yourself.

7. Viewings
You go to the viewings yourself, but we handle the logistics.
We schedule the viewings. As soon as something is booked, we let you know right away. Then you decide whether the time works for you: you can confirm it or decline it.
We do not attend viewings for you. Otherwise, it would be impossible to keep the price this low. If it is more convenient, you can ask a friend, colleague or someone else to go instead.
Where possible, we can also ask for an online viewing.
8. The rental contract
Once you are approved for a home, we review the rental contract, explain the key points, and tell you what to pay attention to. If needed, we discuss tricky points with the agent or landlord and help get the contract into its final form.
Once the contract is signed, the remaining €450 is due.
