Humanity will soon get to Mars. But we still haven’t figured the housing market. Young people are in despair. They can’t get a place to rent. We MUST fix this. This is URGENT.

To do that, we need the most cracked engineers in Europe.

Working culture

Both Yury and Alex have been building startups for years with zero breaks. We only hire software engineers, so the team culture is pure software geekery — no distractions, just committed builders shipping daily.

We build small teams of 10x performers. This allows us to ship quicker and better than anyone else.

You can’t change the world if you work 9-6. At Uprent, we work 12-6. By 12-6, we mean 12 hours. 6 days a week.

This may sound like a lot. But frankly, we just enjoy this. You get to build cool stuff all day long; Solve the most important problem of our generation; And get rich on this (you will have actual equity). To us, that's a great deal!

Presence in the Netherlands is required. We can sponsor your visa if you are not from Europe.

Offer

We'll be paying you between €40.000 and €54.000 annually. Most likely, we'll settle for a salary of €48.000.

We prefer a small team of 10x performers earning top-of-market salaries over a large team of average people earning average pay. This means that as soon as we hit revenue milestones or secure new funding, we’ll raise salaries to well above market.

We offer a huge equity package. You’re not just an engineer — you’re a Founding Engineer. You’ll get actual equity. This is as close as you can get to starting a company without taking on ‘founder risks'.
