Collects the ads from other platforms, sometimes you can find some special offers which are not on other platforms yet there, though it's super challenging to do that.

I feel like HuizenBalie solves landlords’ problems, not mine as a tenant. Landlords can publish their listings on Funda or Pararius without needing to hire a makelaar, which is great. However, since all their listings are already available on Funda and Pararius, there’s no reason for me to check their website separately. I might as well go directly to Funda or Pararius
